These terms cover cleaning work by Limpieza Integral Plus Corp. They are written to be read.
A quote is based on what you describe and what photos show. If a space's condition is meaningfully different on arrival — a first clean years past maintenance, rooms that were not mentioned — we talk before we start, never after. The price never grows behind your back.
Most clients are not present while we clean — homes and offices both. Keys and codes are handled with care, never labeled with your address, and returned the moment service ends. Tell us the entry plan once and it stays the plan.
Tell us within a day and we come back and fix that area at no charge. We would rather redo a bathroom than lose a client — that math is easy.
We bring our own supplies and specialized equipment. If you prefer specific products — for stone counters, pets, allergies, or an office's own protocol — leave them out and tell us once. Fragile items are handled carefully; anything we break, we tell you the same day.
Payment is due when the clean is done, by Zelle, bank transfer or check. Recurring clients pay per visit unless we arrange otherwise.
We may photograph finished work for this website. Photos show the work — never your address, faces, valuables or anything that identifies your home or business. Tell us if you would rather we did not; that is always fine.
